I wanted to share with you my recent op-ed about the DMV wait times that was published in the Fallbrook & Bonsall Village News. After I submitted this op-ed for publication, the legislature passed a budget bill, SB 862, that gives the DMV a blank check for funding increases to “alleviate wait times” without a vote of the legislature.
