Upon hearing concerns from his Alpine constituents regarding electromagnetic field (EMF) level measurements that had been recently taken in the community and the potential impact those EMF levels could have on public health, Senator Joel Anderson requested the assistance of both the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to address the community’s concerns.
