Despite the increased water flowing in the Sacramento - San Joaquin Delta thanks to recent storms, bureaucratic policies prohibit pumping this water to reservoirs to protect our water supply. I've sent a letter with my colleagues to State & Federal officials asking to allow increased pumping from the Delta so we can capture this water.
